My story with judo
Taking up judo again at the age of 43, after a 27-year break? It’s not a decision taken lightly, but a deep-seated desire to reconnect with a sport that built me up.
Judo taught me discipline, confidence, and respect. Today, it’s helping me to regain my flexibility, balance, and energy. At a time of life when you’re trying to stay active in other ways.
This recovery is more than a challenge. It’s a story that began at the age of 11, in a dojo in the south of France… and continues today, on another tatami, in another country…
